This is a tough one but a good one. It is very good for opening and releasing tension in the back and shoulders and hamstrings.

Alignment points:

Start in corpse pose. Bend the knees and gently lift the legs towards your head. While continuing the movement of the legs passed the head bring your hands to your back to give support while shifting the weight of the body to the shoulders. Stop moving once the hips are over the shoulders and extend the legs. Keep them together with feet together. straighten the legs as much as possible, pull the toes toward the head and placing the balls of the feet on the ground. Pull in from the lower abdomen and bring the chin to the chest. Just relax and breathe.
